This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the location in a business park was perfect for my needs as a base. Being close to the M25 made it very convenient for exploring the area. Secondly, the service provided by the staff was outstanding. They were polite, helpful, and always available to assist, just as mentioned in one of the reviews I read. Additionally, the rooms were kept spotless at all times, with clean towels provided when required. The attention to detail was remarkable, as even the fourth bed was provided with proper coffee. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of options. All in all, this hotel offered incredible value for money.

I honestly couldn't find fault with anything at this hotel. Everything was ok.

This hotel is located in a convenient business park close to the M25, making it easily accessible for travelers. the room was comfortable, with a nice view of the Medway River. the bathroom was clean and well, maintained. the staff provided friendly and welcoming service throughout our stay. the breakfast at the on, site restaurant was enjoyable, with a variety of options to choose from. the hotel offers facilities such as a bar and a TV with mirroring capabilities.

The food prices at the on, site vending machine were quite expensive.

The service at the restaurant was slow, and the staff seemed indifferent to the chaos caused by children running riot. The meal took an excessive amount of time to be served, which was frustrating.
